SPACE LAW, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (GOVERNANCE, REGULATION, LIABILITY), IT LAW

I offer legal advice on space law and policy matters in what concerns, for example, sustainable space practices, liability, responsibility, commercial space activities (NewSpace), licensing, development of space ports, ownership in outer space, legal aspects involving the use of advanced space technologies. I have extensive experience on European space law (e.g. the European GNSS, Galileo, EGNOS, Regulation 2021/696, the synergies commercial space law and the EU AI Act, commercial space actors, Regulation 2023/588 etc.).

I assisted companies in negotiating various commercial contracts concerning IT services, acquisition and sale of IT start-ups, licenses, outsourcing as well as corresponding procurement services.

PROCUREMENT & CONCESSIONS

I provided extensive legal advice for both companies and public authorities in relation to procurement procedures, from the first step of initiating the procedure until the last step of awarding the project and executing the awarded contract. I was involved in advising 150+ public procurement and concessions transactions.

CORPORATE M&A

I advised on complex M&A deals throughout all the phases of transactions, including post-closing and implementation of various project.

REAL ESTATE

I was part of more than 150 real estate due diligence processes, retail commercial agreements, joint ventures, asset deals, management of properties, design, construction as well as O&M agreements.

EMPLOYMENT

I have advised companies on laws surrounding mandatory internal regulations, individual employment agreements, transfer of employees, prohibited discrimination, harassment at work, collective negotiations and management of the relationships with unions.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

I provided legal advice in relation to the documentation required for developing RES projects, from the early beginning of such project (i.e. from the procedures for the approval of an urbanism plan, if required) until the commissioning of the project.
